We used Ocavia Developments for an extension in 2014. Ocavia’s bid was all laid out in a spreadsheet which was easy to follow and when the architect asked for clarifications, the other builders had to correct and reprice their bids whereas Ocavia didn’t. It was all very professional. Once the project started we were given frequent updates on a spreadsheet , clearly illustrating what had been completed and what remained and by when the target completion dates were. We ran in to one major building problem that Ocavia showed great creativity in solving. The project came in on time and on budget, the crew worked hard and were quiet, no blaring radios or endless tea breaks, and they tidied up after each workday. We have already recommended them to others who also have been very satisfied with them, so have no hesitation in recommending Ocavia to whoever might consider them in the future.
